For an order to be canceled, we must be contacted the day before the item is to be shipped.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon, but is not yet in inventory.

We consider pre-orders to be binding, and if too many pre-orders are canceled, we will limit your access to pre-order, and also demand coverage for our payment fees for the transaction.
